A multidisciplinary team with a combined experience of many years, including several individuals who have worked together for almost 20 years. The Sygnius team has extensive expertise in ship ownership, investment, and finance, as well as ship management and operations, contract negotiation, technical consultancy, insurance, accounting, administration, and compliance, and vessel manning. The members of the team have worked in a variety of locations and are continuing to expand their worldwide reach for new projects.

Rajesh Kumar Mandal has served as CEO of Sygnius Ship since its inception. Mr. Rajesh has wide ranging shipping experience from sailing as a deck cadet to ship management. Before joining Sygnius Ship, he served as Director with another Ship Management company. A dynamic young and hardworking professional having fifteen years of experience in the maritime industry. Responsible for strategies company management, development maritime business within an international multicultural background.
Accomplished commanding officer motivated by challenge and rewarded through seamless skills development that synchronizes management visions. Rich commercial and operating knowledge of shipping business in shore-based shipping companies for more than decades.

A vibrant young lady who is also a master in journalism, having sound experience in sourcing sea crew of vessels she took upon crew management and till that has remained personally committed and involved in the entire process of crew management and providing best value to the employer and the employees alike. Her passion for ship Management & seafarers has resulted in formulating the right strategies for owners. The strength to read the pulse of the market combining with absolute transparency in financial dealings has enabled him to be an astute leader in shipping. With a vision to become a leader in providing Quality Ship Management Services to its clients assisting them to meet and exceed their business objectives building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

A versatile and tactful leader, he has vast experience in the shipping industry as well as management. He has worked with the top shipping companies like Tanker Pacific, British Petroleum, and MMS and has vast knowledge in the field of tankers. He has carried out various audits internal & external on tanker vessels, has Enormous experience in training & has been a faculty in various Maritime Training Institutes has over twenty years of sailing experience on various tankers. Have extensive experience in handling clean & dirty petroleum products. In compliance with the latest international safety regulations as per OCIMF.
Saswata Das
FLP Manager
He started his career with Wallem Ship Management and has sailing experience of over fifteen years. During his sailing days, he had the privilege to work with the finest Seafaring community of India. He held various shore positions such as Trainer and Flp Manager. He is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department. Typically, He supervises and provides consultation to management strategic staffing, compensation, benefits, budget training, and development.
Sumit Sengupta
Procurement Manager
Experienced Procurement Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Maritime industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Sales Management, Leadership, and Database Administration. He is a certified ISO/ISM/ISPS/MLC auditor. Carried out more than 100 ship’s audits.
Later on, joined Sygnius as head of the procurement department and has been successfully handling the procurement department ever since.
Mr. Davinder Singh

Davinder, with twenty years of experience in the Maritime industry in different roles from Junior to Chief Engineer, acquired valuable leadership, communication skills & in-depth knowledge on commercial as well technical aspects of the industry.
Four years of shore experience in senior management roles have defined Mr. Davinder as a strong professional in shipping who had been in command over the large fleet technically as well commercially. His expertise & skills have benefited owners in saving millions of dollars and optimizing the project value to meet high standards & expectations of the commercial side in the shipping industry now.

Finance Manager
Finance Manager, Highly experienced and driven Chartered Accountant with vast experience in forecasting and investigating finance and account issues. Track record of success reviewing the company’s systems and analyzing risks, along with a great insight into maintaining accounting records and management information. with excellent skills in handling financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance, business recovery, auditing, and forensic accounting activities. Deep insight into playing a strategic role by providing professional advice, aimed at maximizing profitability.
